Our consultants would agree! To become a D3 consultant, you must as a minimum have all of the following attributes:

•	an undergraduate qualification in Communications, Human Resources, Business Studies, Commerce, Humanities or a related discipline;
•	a record of achievement in at least one of the following areas: sport, academic, community service, leadership or the arts.
•	share D3's core values of enthusiasm, integrity and respect.
•	a bright attitude, excellent health and a history of good relationships.
